Bay Ridge in demand!
Batemans Bay’s new land release opposite the Bay Waters Inn, is a big hit, according to the exclusive marketing agent, Geoff Payne.
“There was very strong demand, mainly from Canberrans and local residents” Geoff said. “The big attraction was definitely Bay Ridge’s proximity to the Batemans Bay shopping, cafes, restaurants and eateries, as the estate is within five minutes of the CBD.”
